Job DescriptionYOUR MISSION Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Padova, Verona and Bologna THE JOURNEY Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area. Lead a team of 5 talented people to greatness. Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations. Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service. Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city. Stay up to date with market and competitive developments. Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude. Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
