Full Stack Software Engineer

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing AI & Technology company in Japan that is expanding its Generative AI and Cybersecurity product development team and is looking for Global Full Stack Engineers. You will join the development of a new in-house SaaS product in the Generative AI × Cybersecurity space, currently entering its global expansion phase. The platform focuses on the secure enterprise adoption and monitoring of Generative AI, combining Web Application Development, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Japanese: Business Level Required English: Business Level Required Location: Fukuoka-ken Kita Kyusho-shi Salary: ¥6M – ¥10.8M JPY Employment: Full-time / Permanent About the Role As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute hands-on to both backend and frontend development while also participating in API design, database design, application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical decision-making. You will work closely with Product Managers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, and engineers to build and globally expand a new SaaS product. Key Responsibilities • Develop backend and frontend applications using Go, Python, and TypeScript • Build systems for collecting and analyzing Generative AI usage data • Develop monitoring, visualization, and security-related functionality • Integrate the platform with major Generative AI technologies • Design and improve APIs, databases, and application architecture • Build and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS • Conduct code reviews and improve software quality and development processes • Collaborate with global engineering and product teams Requirements • 3+ years of professional Web Application Development experience • Professional experience with Go/Golang, Python, or TypeScript • Experience with Git/GitHub and team-based software development • Experience developing and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS • Business-level Japanese • Business-level English Preferred Experience • Generative AI / LLM application development • Data platforms, log analytics, monitoring, or visualization systems • Cybersecurity knowledge or experience • GraphQL, gRPC, or JSON-RPC • Database design • AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch • Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools • Startup, SaaS, or new-product development experience Technology Stack Backend: Go, Gin, Python Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, React Cloud: AWS, ECS/Fargate, RDS, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch Database: PostgreSQL, Redis Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, Terragrunt, AWS CDK CI/CD: GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild Work Environment & Benefits • Salary: ¥6M – ¥10M JPY • Salary review twice per year + annual bonus • Five-day workweek / weekends and national holidays off • Summer and New Year holidays • Paid leave from joining date • Full social insurance • Corporate Defined Contribution Pension Plan
