The Role • Be creative, innovative, and have a positive, can-do attitude • Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Have experience working for businesses undergoing digital transformation and rapid change • Support and motivate others in the team • Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively • Be comfortable scripting and developing code in a broad range of languages • Enjoy learning and be able to adapt quickly Your responsibilities: • Collaborating with Solution Architects on solution design and assessments • Working closely with Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions • Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional projects • Acting as a subject matter expert on platforms and services under development • Staying up to date with platform and service roadmaps • Collaborating with Engineering teams across regions globally • Championing good development practices • Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams • Resolving technical and security incidents • Building and maintaining strong relationships with technology, product, and operations teams • Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable, risk-managed improvements Your Profile • Reporting against OKRs and KPIs • Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads • Being technically competent to script, code, and build Essential skills/knowledge/experience: • Python • JavaScript (React/Angular) Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: 8+Years
