About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Physical AI Engineering Team at CoreWeave. This team is responsible for building and scaling the core platform that powers the world’s most advanced engineering simulation and AI workflows. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the architectural evolution of our platform as we scale to meet the increasing demands of the industry’s largest engineering companies. This is a hands-on technical leadership position that combines technical expertise with strategic vision. You will lead critical architectural initiatives across the entire software lifecycle—from design and development to deployment, operations, and reliability—while mentoring engineering talent and collaborating closely with senior leadership. Your work will help shape a more distributed, agentic-ready architecture that enables rapid deployment of AI products and integrations, supporting the next generation of physical AI applications.
