As a growth engineer, you'll grow the business by increasing the pace of experimentation, enabling more small businesses to realize the full potential of Ambrook’s platform. You’ll partner with marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success to drive business outcomes across our funnel, applying a data-driven and systems-oriented approach to driving top line revenue growth. You’ll have an impact both by running self-driven experiments and by building systems that enable others to quickly iterate. We've been taking advantage of AI dev tooling since the beginning and we keep up with the bleeding edge. About You 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping successful web applications at a high quality bar, and at least two working on growth problems.Experimental thinking with data: an instinct for what is the experiment here, and how would we measure it before writing code.Real experience with, and appetite for, cross-functional collaboration.You unblock yourself.
