Job Description: Role Overview The Product Owner for Content Management & Communication Tools is responsible for enabling clear, execution‑ready delivery across Jonas’s online platforms and member communication ecosystem. This role oversees the evolution of our web content management platforms, as well as the shared suite of communication tools including Email Marketing, Text Messaging, Campaigns, and Notifications. A key competency of this role will be to embrace our AI‑Driven Development Lifecycle (AI‑DLC) to transform how we build software. This concept combines human expertise with AI to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery. Product Managers and Product Owners play a central role by using AI tools to rapidly develop insights, shape requirements, then collaborate closely with Engineering to bring innovative solutions to market with greater speed and precision. This role plays a critical part in the assessment and alignment of our online technology stacks, ensuring that content and communication capabilities evolve in a way that is scalable, client‑centric, and aligned to long‑term platform strategy. The Product Owner ensures delivery teams have precise requirements, clear priorities, and shared understanding while balancing modernization efforts with the operational realities of client‑facing, high‑visibility web products. Salary for this role is between $80,000-$90,000 a year.
