About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bucharest. This is a full-time, on-site position for a technology-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in web development. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of web applications that support our e-commerce and retail operations. You will work closely with project managers, marketing, ecommerce and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, committed to continuous improvement, and eager to bring innovative ideas to the development process. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and e-commerce platforms. Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces. Develop and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and database structures. Integrate third-party platforms, services, ERP systems, and CRM solutions when required. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. Continuously improve existing systems and implement new features and functionalities. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.Strong experience developing complete web solutions from concept to deployment.Proficiency in front-end technologies including:HTML5CSS3JavaScriptExperience with React and/or Angular is considered an advantage.Strong back-end development experience with:PHPPythonHands-on experience with:MySQLPostgreSQLSolid understanding of API development and integration.Experience with version control systems:GitSVNKnowledge of application security standards and performance optimization best practices.Experience working with relational databases and web architectures.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Nice to Have Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or e-commerce environments. Experience with ERP and CRM integrations. Experience working on large-scale transactional websites. Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and modern DevOps practices.
