Senior Java Software Engineer

The Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and contribute to projects in the banking sector. You will be involved in the development and integration of cloud-native applications and microservices, using modern frameworks and event-driven technologies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.Build and manage RESTful integrations and messaging flows using Apache Camel.Work with Quarkus for lightweight, high-performance services.Implement event-driven communication via Apache Kafka.Collaborate with other developers and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.Required Skills 5 years of professional experience in Java development.Good understanding of Spring Boot, SOAP, REST APIs, and Kafka.Experience with microservices and integration architectures.Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset.Good command of English (written and spoken).Location Athens / Hybrid
