We Are Hiring: Mid-Level .NET Developers (4 Openings) Location: Hattisar, Kathmandu (On-site) Industry: Fintech / Insurtech Employment Type: Full-Time We are expanding our core engineering team! We are looking for four (4) dynamic Mid-Level .NET Developers with strong backend fundamentals to help build and scale enterprise software for the Nepalese insurance sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBackend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side logic using C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC frameworks.API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful Web APIs and seamlessly integrate third-party services (digital wallets, bank payment gateways, SMS systems).Database Design & Management: Write, optimize, and maintain efficient MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database functions to handle heavy transaction volumes securely.System Optimization & Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and patch software issues in staging/production environments to ensure high system stability and speed.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers for front-end integration, collaborate with QA automation engineers for bug fixes, and participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSExperience: 2-3 years of hands-on professional experience in .NET development.Core Tech Stack: C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Git version control.Frontend Basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Razor Views (.cshtml). PREFERRED PLUS POINTSAdvanced SQL Mastery: High proficiency in relational database architecture, triggers, and query optimization.Finance/Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting principles, transactional ledgers, or financial workflows is a major advantage!
