About the Role We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead backend development using Django. In addition to technical mastery, we need a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, articulate complex architectural decisions, and collaborate effortlessly across teams.
