Working Location: Batam Responsibilities Gathering information from stakeholders regarding functionality and features.Collaborating with various teams to enhance the usability of the application.Attending and contributing to meetings.Writing and maintaining code.Creating technical documentation.Build apps with/without mockups and prototypes.Ensuring adherence to high-quality design standards and brand consistency.Staying informed about emerging technologies.Optimizing applications for maximum speed and performance.Monitoring the front-end performance of the application.Performing thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Requirements Proven experience as a front-end developer.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Strong experience and proficiency in Typescript, React and Next.js.Experience in integrating with third-party libraries, REST APIs, and GraphQL.Knowledge of back-end development is a plus.Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.Experience with React Native and Expo is a plus.In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, encompassing design, development, and deployment.Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, JWT, etc.).A keen eye for layout aesthetics (strong sense of design).Knowledge of SEO principles.Familiarity with working with design and prototype software such as Figma.The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.Experience with version control, Git, and GitHub.Experience with CI/CD.Proficiency in using AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Bolt.new, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance development productivity.Strong code review skills with attention to code quality, performance, and best practices.Willing to learn
