ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support a technology environment in the financial technology sector. This opportunity focuses on secure automation, cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD optimization and operational reliability across development, testing and production environments, in a hybrid delivery model with regular office presence. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design, implement and maintain systems that optimize software development and production infrastructure management. - Build secure automation solutions for development, testing and production environments. - Manage CI/CD tools and pipelines to accelerate software delivery and deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test and production environments. - Monitor environment performance, capacity and reliability, proposing improvements when required. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve workflows, architecture decisions and delivery efficiency. - Debug and optimize code, automate repetitive manual tasks and support infrastructure industrialization. - Coordinate process improvement, re-engineering and root-cause analysis activities. - Create, review and update documentation for DevOps processes, systems and operational practices. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer, with autonomy in complex technical environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - Experience managing complex cloud environments and supporting software or infrastructure development projects. - Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborative working style, with the ability to engage development teams and contribute to a constructive team environment. - Flexibility and adaptability in environments with changing priorities. - Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2 level. TECHNICAL SKILLS - AWS cloud environments. - GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and Git-based version control practices. - Terraform and infrastructure as code. - CI/CD pipeline design, implementation and maintenance. - Configuration management and software deployment practices. - Microservices architecture and application containerization. - Windows and Linux operating systems security. - Database management and scalability, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB. - SaaS application environments, including systems, networks and end-user computing. - Root-cause analysis, process improvement and operational optimization. NICE TO HAVE - Previous experience in financial technology, regulated environments or capital markets technology contexts. - Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in production-scale environments. - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices applied to cloud and infrastructure operations.
