The Opportunity You'll help design and build the interfaces that let financial services firms to understand, trust, and direct our AI agents. This is a rare chance to define the visual language and interaction patterns for an entirely new category of software - AI-native tools for a highly regulated industry - while working on meaningful projects with direct impact. What You'll Do: Design and build UI for our AI agent platform, including dashboards, agent interaction views, and workflow monitoringTranslate complex, data and document-heavy financial workflows into clear, intuitive interfacesContribute to and evolve our design system and component libraryPrototype new concepts - from wireframes through to polished, production-ready UIBuild responsive, accessible React and mobile interfacesWork closely with senior engineers and the founding team to shape product direction What We're Looking For: Frontend engineering experience (internships and significant projects count!)Solid skills in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptA strong UI/UX design background - portfolio, personal projects, or professional workSkill in designing for mobile as well as desktop, with an understanding of responsive and platform-specific patternsComfort with design tools (e.g. Figma) and translating design files into clean codeAn eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, and a habit of sweating the detailsFamiliarity with REST APIs and consuming backend servicesStrong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Bonus Points: Advanced degree or formal training in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience designing for data/document-dense or dashboard-style productsUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practiceExposure to design systems, component libraries, or design tokens at scaleInterest in financial technology, fintech UX, or regulated-industry product designContributions to personal or open-source projects, or a public design portfolioFamiliarity with agentic coding/working, such as Cursor/Antigravity/ClaudeInterest in Artificial Intelligence, the available models and the nuances with them Why Join Ani Tech?
