Senior Software Engineer Location: Limassol, Cyprus Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a growing technology team and work on scalable, high-performance software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain backend software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.Work with databases and optimise application performance.Participate in code reviews and technical design decisions.Troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues.Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with C# and/or Go.Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB.Experience with ClickHouse is highly desirable.Strong SQL and database optimisation skills.Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.Good understanding of software architecture, OOP, and design patterns.Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Excellent English.Willingness to work office-based in Limassol.
