Job Description Help envision and work hand-in-hand with other colleagues to develop a scalable software architecture for our API written in PHPWork directly with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into clean, idiomatic Go implementations, ensuring features are well-designed and delivered on timeChampion modern engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and automated CI/CD pipelines to keep code quality and team velocity highChoose technology pragmatically by matching the right tools to the specific problem, maximizing Go’s concurrency and performance without being rigid or dogmaticTake direct ownership of technical initiatives in a flat engineering culture where your ideas are valued and decision-making paths are exceptionally shortMentor fellow developers through code reviews and collaborative sessions, elevating team standards while continuously exploring modern tooling like AI coding assistants Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on modern PHP (8+) and frameworks like Symfony or LaravelDeep experience writing clean, idiomatic Go and leveraging its native concurrency primitives (goroutines, channels) to build high-throughput, low-latency APIs.Solid grasp of core engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed system designStrong experience optimizing data and caching layers using MySQL (indexing, query tuning) and Redis (caching patterns, data structures)Hands-on experience or active interest in using GenAI tools to streamline development workflows or build modern product featuresProactive problem solver capable of tackling complex technical tasks independently from initial design to production deploymentCollaborative team player with strong English communication skills, dedicated to code quality, peer mentorship, and elevating overall team performance Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
