What you'll need to succeed 8+ years of backend development experience with experience leading engineering teams.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed system architecture.Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, MQ, and high-concurrency systems.Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and system security.Experience with Go, Web3/blockchain, or AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
