Responsibilities:Own infrastructure challenges end-to-end — from code to productionDesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformManage and optimize AWS infrastructure (ECS/Fargate, VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS) for performance, scalability, and availabilityBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo/Bitbucket, Docker, and AWS servicesEnsure reliable, zero-downtime deployments across multiple environments and client projectsSupport and evolve our AWS-based data lakehouse, including CDC pipelinesDeploy and troubleshoot AI/agent infrastructure — MCP servers, agent orchestration, and related backend services on ECS FargateMonitor, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve infrastructure and deployment issuesCollaborate closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutionsDrive improvements in code quality, deployment speed, and engineering efficiencyContinuously evaluate and improve systems with a focus on security, observability, and reliabilityPropose and implement new ideas, tools, and architectural improvements Candidate Requirements:5+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role, ideally including -MSP or multi-client environmentsStrong hands-on experience with Terraform managing real production state (not just greenfield modules)Solid AWS experience: ECS/Fargate, VPC design, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, ALB/networking — EC2/S3 basics assumedExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; Bamboo/Bitbucket preferred, but strong experience with any major CI/CD platform (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) is fineSolid containerization knowledge (Docker); ECS/Fargate orchestration experienceNetworking fundamentals: subnetting, routing, firewall/ACL configuration, load balancingScripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation Understanding of data platform concepts: CDC, table formats (Iceberg), query engines (Trino/Spark) — doesn't need deep expertise, but shouldn't be unfamiliar territoryUnderstanding of PII/data handling constraints and GDPR-aware system designFamiliarity with AI/LLM agent infrastructure a plus — MCP servers, agent tooling, or LLM-adjacent backend servicesPreferred / Nice to Have:Kafka/Redpanda or similar streaming systemsExperience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)Company offersFlexible work hours Hybrid work model Health insurance Gym subscription Influenza vaccinations Opportunities to take part in hikes, runs, padel games with teammates Table football Ping pong Free snacks Bicycle storage Shower Billiards Free parking Free electric car charging Discounts for company products/services SalaryFrom 3300 €/mon. net Salary is negotiable (depending on experience) Work place9B, Saltoniškių str., Vilnius, Lithuania (business center LINK)
