Staff Product Engineer / PHP / Symfony / JavaScript Hybrid - London £110k - £120k + benefits I’m partnered with an exciting and growing healthcare technology business that is using software to solve meaningful problems in a highly regulated industry. They’re now looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join their engineering team and play a key role in shaping and developing the product. This isn’t just another software engineering role. You’ll be working on products used in real-world healthcare environments, with the opportunity to take genuine ownership, solve complex technical challenges and have a tangible impact on the way the platform evolves. Key skills & experience: 7+ years’ experience in full-stack software development (backend leaning)Strong PHP experienceExtensive experience with Symfony & DoctrineStrong JavaScript & CSS knowledgeSolid PostgreSQL experienceExperience building complex enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of DDD & CQRSExperience tackling scalability, performance and other challenging technical requirementsStrong approach to automated testing and secure developmentA collaborative engineer who enjoys taking ownership You’ll work closely with Product and DevOps teams, own key areas of the product and help drive engineering best practice.
