We are currently looking for an AI Software Developer to join our AI team. This position reports to the AI Adoption Leader. Your day-to-day Design, build, and deploy AI applications and agentic systems that solve real business problems Contribute to the development of our agent platform and its core capabilities, including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation Design reliable and maintainable AI systems by applying strong software engineering and architecture principles Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and turn them into effective AI solutions Your Qualifications 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI, or a related technical role Solid software engineering fundamentals Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and agentic AI Experience with software architecture and building production-grade systems Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern software development practices Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bilingualism (French & English) Nice-to-haves Experience with modern agentic AI patterns such as tool use, RAG, or multi-agent systems Experience building or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers Experience with AI evaluation, observability, or LLMOps/MLOps practices Experience with cloud-native environments and containerized applications The team you'll be joining A fantastic team that celebrates creativity and innovation, balancing professional dedication with a fun work environment Life at Stingray A cool office in Montreal with the flexibility to work from home on FridaysStingray café with breakfasts, lunches and snacks offered every dayA subsidy for your OPUS card to make your commutes easierShares purchase plan (with a contribution from Stingray)Full access to the Dialogue virtual healthcare platformFree fitness classes offered weeklyAccess to private consultations on nutrition and wellnessFree language classes, training and access to the latest AI technologies and platforms to boost your productivity and creativitySummer hoursMilestones celebrated with our loyalty program5@7 and vibrant social eventsAnd much more!
