We are looking for a System Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Linux environments and a strong understanding of modern networking technologies. The ideal candidate will manage server environments and network infrastructure, ensure system security and high availability, and contribute to automation and solution architecture. This is a specialist role with a direct impact on the stability, performance and continued development of a complex IT environment. Responsibilitiesmanage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments,design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure,ensure high availability, security, and system performance,participate in solution architecture and the implementation of new technologies,automate processes (scripts, tools, configuration management),participate in resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analysis,collaborate with development teams (DevOps approach). Qualificationsat least 5 years of experience in system administration or engineering,knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems,strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls, VPN),experience with virtualization and/or container technologies,experience with automation tools and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar),knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL),understanding of security best practices and approaches,an analytical approach to problem-solving,independence, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.Preferred qualifications include also: knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.),experience with monitoring and logging solutions,experience with high-availability systems (HA, clustering),experience working with large volumes of data.
