To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Student Assistant to support our leadership team for our European Sales Team in Copenhagen. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to support our Regional Leadership Team, try new things and figure out where you want to take your career. What you’ll be doing: In this role you will be supporting the organization and our regional leadership team with both low and high tasks such as: Day-to-day team support: Assist leadership and regional managers with various operational tasks, scheduling and follow-ups Internal initiatives & events: Plan, support and coordinate recurring team meetings, internal recognition programs and activities from start to finish Reporting & data support: Help gather metrics, update internal systems and maintain spreadsheets to assist with performance tracking Documentation & knowledge sharing: Create, organize and update internal guides and team files so information is clear and accessible Ad-hoc projects: Assist with diverse, evolving internal tasks and help test new tools or process improvements to streamline team workflows We’d like you to be able to work approximately 10-20 hours per week, but we are of course flexible depending on what your study schedule looks like. Who you are: You bring a positive, proactive mindset and are eager to learn on the job You are curious about commercial organizations and how different business functions operate You are comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) You have prior experience working in a corporate or office setting before or alongside your studies You can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks and reliably meet deadlines You have clear written and spoken communication skills in English (additional languages like Danish, Swedish, French, or Dutch are a plus) And don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes (yet), we’ll get there.
