You will join the team that builds live flight tracking, radar visualization on interactive maps, stand allocation, KPI reporting used day and night at major international airports. Ideal candidates for the Full Stack Developer role must have: Background in building reliable full-stack web applications with JavaScript (Meteor), TypeScript, React, MongoDB, and Redis, ideally handling real-time or high-volume data.An appetite for technology and for delivering quality software products.Curiosity about the business and the uses of development work.Care for quality software, current tools, and sound engineering practice.Comfortable with AI coding assistants and a workflow using agent-readable documentation, automated code review, specs, reviews, and tests. Key data for you to consider: 2500-4500 GBP gross salary per month, depending on role fit and experience levelYearly profit shareVarious performance and behaviour-based bonusesIn-office or hybrid (partial office & partial remote)Office location: Cluj-NapocaContract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entityPaid holidays Responsibilities: Produce & document quality code across both front-end and back-end systems using JavaScript (Meteor), TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.Follow coding best practices, i.e. leave code better than you find it & write tests (unit/integration).Perform code review according to our internal checklist.Work on assigned user stories based on seniority level.Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire stack.Follow-up on implemented solutions.Understand the team's product strategy. Qualifications: At least 3 years of work experience in software engineering, with hands-on experience using JavaScript (Meteor), TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.Relevant education and/or certifications in Computer Science.A solid and in-depth understanding of the full lifecycle of web application development processes (from the layout/user interface to database structures and queries).Experience understanding how data is stored, and how to design, write, and query that data using MongoDB.General knowledge of open-source software packages.Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Romanian. Nice to have: Experience with maps, geospatial data, or real-time visualizations.Interested in and/or provides solutions in the architecture design process.Refining the development process / keeping the development process up to date.Interested in developing skills in new technologies.Relevant bachelor's education or higher in Computer Science, Automation, or Engineering.
