Senior Software Engineer – Backend / Full Stack (m/w/d) Wir bauen die Prozesslandschaft für die neue Energiewelt: eigene Produkte, Integration Services und Anwendungen für Energieversorger. Für unser Entwicklerteam bei GATES Utility Services in Münster suchen wir Verstärkung mit klarem Schwerpunkt im Backend. Deine Rolle Du entwickelst unsere Services weiter: APIs, Businesslogik, Datenbanken und Integrationen und verantwortest deine Lösungen bis ins Deployment. Dein Schwerpunkt ist eindeutig Backend. Gleichzeitig denkst du Features end-to-end und kannst bei Bedarf auch im Frontend mitarbeiten. Du übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung für deine Services, inklusive Betrieb, Incidents und DevOps. Wiederkehrende Probleme löst du möglichst an der Ursache statt im Ticket. AI-first ist bei uns kein Pilot. Claude Code und Codex gehören bereits zu unserem Entwicklungsalltag. Du sollst diesen Ansatz aktiv mitprägen und deutlich weiter vorantreiben: neue KI- und agentische Workflows etablieren, KI konsequent in Entwicklung, Review, Testing und Dokumentation einsetzen und mitentscheiden, welche Aufgaben künftig stärker durch Agents automatisiert werden können.Du übernimmst damit eine aktive Rolle in unserer KI-Transformation. Im Gespräch interessiert uns deshalb auch ganz konkret, wie du KI heute beim Entwickeln nutzt. Was du mitbringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklungsehr gute Kenntnisse in Java / Spring BootErfahrung mit APIs, Datenbanken und SystemintegrationPraxis mit AWS, Containern und CI/CDFull-Stack-Verständnis und End-to-End-OwnershipLust auf technische Verantwortung in einem kleinen Team Kenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft sind willkommen, aber kein Muss.
