About The Role We are seeking a Senior Developer / Senior Software Engineer for Internal Platforms (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Augsburg. In this role, you will work closely with our development team and collaborate with our two technical leads to make key technical decisions. Our culture emphasizes flat hierarchies and genuine influence over the projects you work on. You will be responsible for enhancing our internal systems primarily built on C#/.NET, modernizing existing solutions, and developing new features. You will utilize AI tools as accelerators rather than buzzwords, integrating them into our workflows to optimize automation and efficiency. Your work will directly impact internal processes, enabling our teams to operate more effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Multiple years of professional experience as a software developer with a focus on C#/.NET.Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and scalable solutions.Openness to AI technologies, with the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and integrate them responsibly.Ideally, experience with Python, Docker, Azure DevOps, MS SQL, or Odoo.Hands-on mentality with a passion for responsibility, completing tasks, and delivering results.Proficiency in English, as development communication is conducted in English. Responsibilities Develop and enhance our internal systems, focusing on modernizing existing solutions and building new functionalities using C#/.NET.Integrate systems through APIs, interfaces, and data flows with customers, suppliers, and partners.Automate processes wherever possible, developing smart extensions and leveraging AI where appropriate to support tasks.Transform ideas from whiteboards into deployed solutions within days, emphasizing rapid development and deployment cycles.Collaborate closely with team members and technical leads to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals.Participate in continuous improvement of our development processes and technical stack, incorporating new tools and methodologies.
