We connect branding, conversion-focused websites, analytics, SEO, customer-retention systems, custom software, AI, and advertising into one coordinated strategy. Instead of sending more visitors to digital systems that are not ready to convert, we help clients improve the entire customer journey—from first interaction through repeat business. Our growing remote team values curiosity, practical problem-solving, clear communication, and continuous learning. Our approach is a bit different than a standard digital marketing agency - as we are a partnership, not a standard retainer. We take on a close relationship with clients, which has propelled us to rapid word-of-mouth growth and referrals. We have clients scattered across the greater Edmonton and Alberta area, with varying industries, business models, and volumes. We have not begun advertising yet. We're hiring to find talent that will help us take on more clients and scale effectively. What You'll Need The position is fully remote. You can live anywhere and have an adaptive working schedule, as this role is task-based, not time-based. You will need; A Computer and PhoneTime. Approximately 10-20 hours a week. Flexible hours. Motivation, distinction, moxie, and a drive to learn and expand your skill set. Communication Skills Pay Yes - you will be paid. The amount is fully dependent on the role you fill. There will be a written two-week fit period to be adopted into Pathworks. It will not be an immediate cash cow for you. You will be directly compensated for what you put in, and pay will rise accordingly. Do not expect a lot to begin. Your Role. This is a full-time, remote Technology & AI Intern position. You will work alongside the Pathworks team and gain practical experience with coding, artificial intelligence, ecommerce, websites, automation, and digital business systems. Your skill set will determine your role. We are taking on multiple interns based on our needs, Your responsibilities may include: Learning and using modern AI tools and coding assistants.Assisting with websites, ecommerce platforms, and custom software projects.Writing or modifying basic code with guidance. (Do not worry if you don't know how)Testing websites, software, forms, automations, and digital workflows.Identifying bugs and documenting clear steps to reproduce them.Researching tools and possible solutions to technical problems.Helping create internal systems, documentation, and repeatable processes.Troubleshooting issues involving software, websites, accounts, and cloud-based tools.Communicating progress, questions, and problems clearly in a remote environment. This is a role in which to learn and be guided in such an intense industry - getting in early is key. All of the tools you need will be provided for you. If you put good effort, time, and passion into this role, you will be directly rewarded. If you don't, please consider other options. Qualifications A genuine interest in coding, artificial intelligence, software, e-commerce, or digital technology. Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.Basic computer skills and confidence in learning unfamiliar software.Clear written communication.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and document your work.Reliable time management in a remote environment.A practical, patient approach to solving problems.Ability to handle company and client information responsibly. You will not be expected to contact clients; however, you may recieve client information that must be handled with respect and privacy.You do not need to be enrolled in school. A degree, diploma, and previous professional technology experience are not required. We care more about your interest, reliability, effort, and ability to learn.
