Online programs include data literacy and also management trainings. Leadership programs are facilitated across various business units to enhance learning experiences【Selling Points of This Position】FCR is the largest division within Finance, carrying a a significant importance to product accrurate and correct figures. All analysis and reporting starts from the correct set of numbers (single source of truth). Such insights allow for comparison across frameworks and are the starting point for determining relevant management actions. Furthermore, regulatory reporting brings forth exposure to both Board of Directors as well as other senior positions in NN Life Japan's business and NN Group Finance.【Perspective of Future Career in this Position】Future career prospectives from this role are other DM positions, upward positions such as in NN LIfe Japan's management team but also comparable positions in other business units of NN Group as well as in Group Finance (those latter two if ithe candidate is internationally mobile).【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】【Experience in Industry】 ・ Life Insurance：Must ・ Financial Industry：Must＜Want＞ ・Management experience managing largers teams.
