Role SpecificsWe are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, build, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines that power our AI and cloud-native solutions. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and clients to ensure our applications can be deployed reliably, securely, and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and solving complex operational challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily with Bicep and Terraform.Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Automate application and infrastructure deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, developer experience, and operational reliability.Manage and optimize Azure services, networking, identity, security, and access controls.Support containerized workloads using technologies such as Docker and Azure container platforms.Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for cloud applications and infrastructure.Improve cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.Establish and maintain DevOps standards, reusable infrastructure modules, deployment templates, and best practices.Support incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis when production issues occur.Contribute to architecture decisions and help define cloud-native best practices across client projects.Stay up to date with Azure, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security best practices. Requirements Must-Have Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.Experience building and managing infrastructure using Bicep and/or Terraform.Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles, versioning, reusable modules, and automated deployments.Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.Experience with containerization using Docker.Understanding of Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, private endpoints, DNS, and network security.Familiarity with Azure identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC.Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications and infrastructure.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, automation-first mindset.Professional proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to agile project teams. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or other container orchestration platforms.Experience supporting AI, data, or Generative AI workloads on Azure.Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or related Azure AI services.Experience implementing observability using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Langfuse.Experience with Python or other scripting/programming languages.Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps, secret management, and Azure Key Vault.Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps principles.Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering solutions for enterprise clients.Relevant Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect.
