Software Engineer Who we are Workflows.io is a B2B go-to-market agency working with some of the fastest growing SaaS companies across the US and Europe. We help our clients build and scale their go-to-market motion. We grew from 2 to 21 people in 11 months. We are now building a new SaaS platform and we're looking for an engineer to join us. We're a small team. You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and have real ownership over what you build. The role We're looking for a backend-leaning engineer who's comfortable across the stack. You'll be making architectural decisions, building core infrastructure, and shipping features that directly affect customers. What you'll work on Backend infrastructure and data pipelines at scaleAI integration using LLMs to extract and classify signals from unstructured dataREST APIs powering the dashboard and third-party integrationsDatabase design and modeling What we're looking for Strong fundamentals in backend development: APIs, databases, data pipelinesComfortable with SQL and relational data modelingExperience with Python or TypeScript Experience with web scraping or crawling infrastructureFamiliarity with Next.js or React Can design and build a system, not just implement ticketsCurious about AI and comfortable working with LLM APIs Used to working autonomously and communicating clearly in async environments Nice to have Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQLBackground in B2B SaaS Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experiencePerformance bonus tied to company and individual milestonesEquity availableFully remoteReal ownership over your work: you'll see your code in production used by real customers
