This is one of the hardest, most important problems in security right now, as companies adopt AI faster than they can protect the data behind it.
You'll own features end to end on the core of the platform, alongside a talented group of engineers with deep expertise in distributed systems, ML, and scale.

What You'll Do
Own customer-facing features end to end, from design decisions to daily use at companies like Polymarket and The AtlanticTurn ambiguous problems into shipped features, and own how they get builtDebug live production systems and solve problems that only exist at petabyte scaleTake on the hardest problems in data security, from architecture to implementationRaise the bar for the team through code review, design feedback, and mentoring engineers earlier in their careers
About You
3+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong back-end skills in Go, Python, or a comparable languageSolid background in databases, data modeling, and schema designYou take open-ended problems, drive them to clarity, and ship the solution to productionYou use AI tools to move faster, and you want to get better at using them wellFrontend experience a plusMust be based in NYC and able to work from our Financial District office 3 days a week

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
