About The Role
You will be working as a part of a distributed agile team, building a new SaaS platform that underpins a suite of enterprise applications solving a variety of hard data analytics and enterprise problems.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the framework and products we develop meet the established design, implementation and quality goals.
What You’ll Do
Be a part of a globally distributed team of backend engineers to design/develop/architect Securiti's core backend platformHelp create architecture documents, functional specifications, design documents and developer test plansWrite reliable, secure, performant, and scalable codePerform code reviews and analysisMonitor platform performance and be on-call to address any urgent issuesWork with customer support and address customer issuesIntegrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructureEvaluate and adapt new technologies where they provide value

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 8 years experience developing software, with some experience using container technologies like DockerExperience in building highly available and scalable distributed systems for the cloudProfessional development experience in GoLang, Python or JavaGood knowledge of Linux and Bash scriptingGood software development practices: should thrive in an environment of rapid development, peer code reviews, and write good functional/unit testsExperience with Microservices and REST based HTTP/2 architecturesExperience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologiesKnowledge and use of performance tuning, profiling, and software metrics toolsVery strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsProven ability to utilize creative thinking to solve complex engineering problemsHigh level of energy, teamwork, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new technologiesWorking knowledge of networks and web conceptsStrong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
