About The Role As a Senior Developer / Senior Software Developer for Internal Platforms, you will work closely with our development team, engaging in technical decision-making alongside our two tech leads. Our culture emphasizes flat hierarchies and genuine influence over the projects you undertake. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and modernize our internal systems, predominantly based on C#/.NET technologies. You will connect various systems through APIs and interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow between our internal tools and external partners such as clients, suppliers, and collaborators. Automating repetitive tasks and developing smart extensions to existing tools will be key aspects of your role. We value rapid development cycles—moving from whiteboard ideas to deployment within days rather than quarters. You will have the opportunity to build solutions from scratch, improve existing infrastructure, and utilize AI tools as accelerators rather than buzzwords. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience as a software developer with a focus on C#/.NET. Experience with additional technologies such as Python, Docker, Azure DevOps, MS SQL, or Odoo is highly advantageous. Proficiency in English is necessary, as development communication primarily occurs in this language.
