Microsoft Developer Our client, a midtown financial firm, is seeking a well-rounded Microsoft/SW Developer to join their team. This role is hybrid / on-site 3 days a week. This is a permanent full-time position - no consultants will be considered You must be local and commutable to NYC to be considered Responsibilities: Working on a variety of full-stack development projects in the MS tech stack – SQL, .NET, C#, Azure, ADF in an Agile environmentProjects will be a mix of database, web, back-end in the MS stack so must be ready to work in a diverse technical environmentInteracting with various business stakeholders on project requirements, translating technical information to non-technical users Required Experience: Experience working on a variety of front and back-end development projects in the MS tech stackHands-on experience developing in SQL, .NET, C#, Azure, etc.Experience working in an Agile environment creating user stories, working in sprints, etc.Strong MS SQL experience including SQL queries and data migration/transformation servicesAbility to look at complex existing applications or SQL and understand, update/amend/modify or look at greenfield in Azure and know how to buildThe ideal candidate will come from a small to mid-sized financial firm or has the interest and willingness to learn the financial industry This position offers an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded software developer to hone their experience on a variety of projects in a dynamic financial environment.
