About the Role CGM is looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead (f/m/d) to lead and support a dynamic software development team in an agile environment. You will combine technical expertise in software architecture and development with strong leadership, helping teams deliver high-quality and innovative healthcare software solutions. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical concepts, review software architecture and code, identify vulnerabilities, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders. You will also coach team members, establish clear objectives, and support their professional development. Responsibilities Analyze requirements from different business areas and translate them into effective technical concepts.Develop innovative technical solutions for complex software development projects.Lead, coach, and support software development teams in an agile environment.Ensure high software quality and adherence to development standards throughout the software lifecycle.Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate software designs.Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.Identify vulnerabilities in existing software implementations and develop targeted solutions.Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Contribute to improving system performance and user experience.Set clear objectives for team members and monitor team performance.Identify development opportunities and support employees in strengthening their technical and professional skills.Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team. Qualifications Several years of experience in a software development leadership role.Experience working in an agile software development environment.Strong technical and methodological expertise in software development.Experience with software architecture and development.Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical concepts.Experience conducting architecture and code reviews.Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead, coach, and develop software development team members.High level of commitment, reliability, conscientiousness, and willingness to learn.
