UWP and XAML on the front, C# for the application logic, C++ underneath. Looking for: - Experience with C# and C++14 or newer - Windows client development - UWP and XAML, or WPF - Visual Studio, MSBuild, NuGet, Windows SDK - Asynchronous programming and multithreaded workflows - Large existing codebases and legacy components - Debugging across C#, C++ and the native/managed boundary - Unit and integration testing - HTTP and REST integrations, error handling, retries, logging - Certificates, authentication flows and secure storage - A degree in software engineering, computer science, electronics and telecommunications, or a related technical field - Communicative English for daily work with stakeholders in the United States - Polish, the language the team uses day to day Nice to have C++/CX or C++/WinRT. DirectX, OpenGL, Win2D or map and graphics rendering. SQLite or other local persistence. SDK and library development. OpenSSL or certificate and crypto work. Swift, Objective-C or Xcode. Open source or multi-repo development.
