Company Link: R Systems | Digital Product Engineering Position Overview: As a D365 Developer at R Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other enterprise applications.Configure workflows, business processes, forms, entities, and security roles.Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance challenges.Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or relevant D365 modules.Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and SQL.Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong understanding of D365 customization, configuration, security, and integrations.Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
