Role- Orchestration (SSIS) Developer Location – Toronto, ON Duration- Full Time/Permanent Hiring Job Description At least 5 years of experience in data development andor relevant toolsExpertise in MS SQL Server and its tools Advanced level knowledge on RDBMS and SQL. Proficient with Stored Procedures, Functions.Hands-on knowledge on DTS or SSIS.I worked on VB.NET scripting and have good knowledge on advanced concepts.Proficient with various data formats (XML, csv, fixed-length record, delimited) Working knowledge of GitLab, CICD and antifactoryUnderstanding of Sorting, bundling and data aggregation Ability to provide accurate time, resource, and dependency estimates for MS SQL projects based on the business requirements.Knowledge of Banking document development lifecycle (data processing)Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Banking and Financial Domain knowledge (Statements, Canadian Taxes, Cheque Processing)Ability to work individually with other teams integrating the components into the workflow. Work with offshore counterpart and team and resolve any issuesAnalyzing highly complex business requirements generate technical specifications to create data pipelines for applications Create templates for data file pre-processing, parsing and transforming.The best leverage industry and client practices to design, test, implement and support solution Review code changes for applications Perform unit testing of the application Support integration testing and quality assurance Debug end to end application flow for any errors and perform causal analysis.Mentor less experienced developers Trainees Have Daily sync-up call with offshore team and resolving any issues and supporting them Assist with creating standards and architecting new client solutions Work with other teams in integrating the components and running end to end flow
