Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using JavaDevelop and enhance frontend interfaces using HTML and CSSBuild and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionalityEnsure smooth integration between frontend and backend componentsPerform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationCollaborate with developers, QA, and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistencySupport testing, deployment, and post-release activitiesContinuously improve application performance, security, and scalability Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack DeveloperAble to work independently and collaboratively in a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency in JavaSolid understanding of:Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)RESTful API developmentRelational databases (SQL / RDBMS)Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot is a plusProficient in HTML and CSSGood understanding of:Responsive web designUI layout and stylingExperience integrating frontend applications with backend APIsKnowledge of JavaScript is a plus Tools & Environment (Nice to Have) Experience using Git or other version control systemsFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesBasic experience with CI/CD or deployment processes is a plus Soft Skills Detail-oriented and responsibleAble to work under deadlinesAdaptive and eager to learn new technologiesOpen to feedback and continuous improvement
