Required Skills & Experience :
Strong software engineering experience in full stack application developmentHands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript front-end developmentStrong back-end development experience with JavaGood working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database designExperience developing workflow/process-driven applications, ideally with Camunda or similar BPM/workflow platformsExperience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architectureComfortable working in agile, fast-moving delivery environmentsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teamsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExperience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, AMP, or similar tools is highly desirable
