Job summary We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to take our engineering infrastructure to the next level. In this role, you will design and implement solutions that provide a reliable foundation for our TechSupport, Development and QA teams. What you’ll do? Build a reliable and scalable process for provisioning test environments;Develop Infrastructure as Code for test environments;Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for provisioning and updating environments;Build a monitoring and observability system that becomes a practical day-to-day tool for Development and QA;Plan infrastructure capacity, procurement, renewals, and budgets;Ensure the availability, performance, and overall technical health of the platform;Turn infrastructure and operational data into actionable insights that support engineering decisions and product improvements;Define technical approaches, establish infrastructure standards, and help shape DevOps practices across the engineering team. Projects you'll work on: Large-scale fintech solutions;Integrations with trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, and cTrader;Internal services that automate business and engineering processes;Both fast-moving startup initiatives and long-term product development. What We’re Looking For? 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer;At least 3 years of experience supporting production systems built on .NET, including application deployment, CI/CD for .NET, and a solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem, MSBuild, and NuGet;Strong hands-on experience with container platforms, including deploying, operating, and orchestrating microservices;Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines from scratch using TeamCity, GitLab CI, or similar tools;Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code;Strong Linux administration skills and experience automating tasks with Bash and PowerShell;Solid practical experience managing production infrastructure;Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or similar solutions;English proficiency at B2 level or higher;The ability to take ownership of infrastructure decisions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.We are not tied to a specific infrastructure stack and are open to discussing the tools and approaches that best fit our needs. Nice to Have: Experience scaling services through horizontal scaling, load balancing, autoscaling, and capacity planning;Experience with cloud infrastructure;Experience with—or willingness to work with—Windows containers in Docker;A strong documentation mindset, including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and process documentation;An understanding of DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, dependency scanning, and container security;An interest in modern infrastructure tools and engineering practices.
