About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Developing services, applications and solutions based on business and sales requirements for Business Support Systems and Customer Care Applications as well as monitoring their performance and ensuring day-to-day smooth running of systems, in addition to maintaining deployed and subsequently recommending upgrades to improve the functionality and performance of systems. Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to: Studying business and sales requirements and subsequently developing them into services, applications, and solutions, as well as testing and integrating them with CRM and other enterprise systems and platforms and contributing to the optimization of implemented systems. In addition to maintaining and developing Zain internal and external web services and APIs including REST and SOAP APIs and third-party integrationsDeveloping programs and Integration processes for Business Support Systems and Customer Care Applications and touch points including Billing System, Provisioning System, CRM, ERP, mobile applications, USSD, IVR, payment systems, external partners, and other enterprise platforms, etc.Assisting in coding, implementing and maintaining Relational Database Management (RDBM) systems within the company, as well as troubleshooting problems that may arise and recommending suitable corrective and preventive actions in that regard, including database development and integration using Oracle SQL and SQL server.Developing and Administrating Zain Services using different technologies including Microsoft .Net Framework & .Net Core (Web Services, Rest APIs, Microservices, back ends, etc...), Oracle PL/SQL, DELPHI, C#, Kafka and message queuing technologies, Redis, messaging and event-driven integration technologies, etc.Monitoring the performance of servers and applications and ensuring they are running smoothly on a daily basis, as well as analyzing deployed products and subsequently reporting developmental areas to improve functionality of systems, performance, availability, stability, and reliability.Administering and maintaining customer touch points web services including Zain Portal, Zain USSD, CRM, IVR, Zain APP, CMS, payment platforms, and other internal/external integration services, etc., as well as communicating requirements to vendors and ensuring that problems are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies including modernization of legacy services and applications and adoption of scalable integration and microservices architectures.Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture, including APIs, microservices, Kafka and message queuing technologies, event-driven integrations, and integrations with internal and external systems.Testing systems and effectively troubleshooting and debugging complications in an accurate and timely manner, as well as maintaining the archiving and documentation processes and creating SQL reporting service reports. Ensuring proper technical documentation, source control, code review, deployment, and CI/CD practices are followed for developed solutions.Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and software providers and ensuring that continuous support and maintenance is provided to implemented systems, as well as coordinating technical integrations, requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and production support with internal and external parties.Providing end users with required training for systems and applications deployed to end users and handling their complaints and inquiries to ensure proper utilization of the concerned systems.
