Programador full stack

Mincka Engineering is hiring a Fullstack Developer to work across the backend and web application of a B2B SaaS platform for industrial clients. You'll own features end to end, from database schema through API to user interface. This role also serves as key-person risk mitigation for the project, reviewing all backend work and holding a second copy of the system knowledge. Responsibilities Build REST APIs supporting a multi-stage business workflow, including state transitions, permissions, and audit requirementsImplement configurable business rules with historical snapshotting, so past records remain accurate when configuration changesEnforce data isolation at the application layer, covered by automated testsBuild role-based access control across multiple user types with materially different permissionsBuild data-heavy web interfaces: dashboards, filterable lists, detail views, media galleries, multi-step formsImplement direct-to-cloud file uploads via presigned URLsBuild asynchronous job processing for long-running operations Requirements 3+ years building production web applications in TypeScriptStrong backend skills: REST API design, relational data modeling, an ORM in production (Prisma, TypeORM, Drizzle, or similar)Solid React — able to build a clean interface from an existing design system without hand-holdingPractical SQL and PostgreSQL, including writing queries you understand rather than queries the ORM generated for youWork proficiency with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding toolComfortable owning a feature end to end Nice to have: NestJS specifically, applications with strict data isolation requirements, AWS beyond the basics (Cognito, S3 presigned URLs, queue-based processing), authorization systems with more than two roles, industrial or field operations software.
