Description: Tell us about your department: Our team mainly deals with the Fulfillment Experience in Digital experience web and the consumer APP We also own other experiences such as Trade-in and Location Selector. Project Description: Fulfillment Experiences team, we are responsible for the end-user experience arm of the Fulfillment Availability Inventory and Reservations (FAIR) group within Best Buy. As well as responsible for web and mobile app UI supporting product availability, fulfillment options, add-to-cart button, customer location preference management, and trade-in experiences for customers and employees. Position Summary/Job Description: Develops end to end application features and contributes to planning and designing business driven functionality. Builds and enhances internal libraries, tools, and processes to strengthen team efficiency. Continuously learns and applies industry trends to improve solutions and guide team development Co-ordinates with sub-ordinate teams on contracts and release management. Skills Overview: 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar frameworks What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for? 5+ years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with native mobile technologies such as React-Native, iOS, and/or Android Experience with Node.js web applications and full-stack web UI frameworks such as Next.js Experience with using and optimizing GraphQL at scale Experience with modern web UI technologies and UI reusability across hybrid mobile apps such as React + React Native Ability to profile and optimize user interface performance characteristics Ability to lead triage efforts and drive resolutions for complex production issues Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Kibana, OpenSearch, and Grafana Experience with GraphQL, client and server caching strategies. Experience with Apollo Client Interview Process Overview: Will have one round of technical interview that would include a live hackerrank session Followed by another round with the Sr Eng Manager
