We are looking for QA Automation Engineer to join our Full-Stack development team in Krakow. Join a team building modern apps for aviation systems – private aircraft fleets, satellite broadband, and tools for pilots, enhancing scalable microservices-oriented applications that drive best-in-class services, including the Performance and Maintenance Recommendations. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model. Responsibilities Application development: Re-architect and transform applications into scalable microservices, ensuring seamless operation.Cloud-Native Development: Design and build scalable systems utilizing microservices architecture. Deploy applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes. Develop APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchanges.Data Management: Architect secure data management solutions with an emphasis on compliance and data security standards within a zero-trust framework using Elastic, PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Mongo.Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines to assure high availability and rapid deployment of features.Collaboration: Work closely with systems engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects to align on project objectives, facilitating a collaborative work environment. Qualifications University education majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.Fluent in English.Proficiency in Java + Spring Boot or Node.js + TypeScript (NestJS) for backend development, ReactJS + TypeScript for frontend roles.Interest in learning and working on both backend and frontend over time.Experience with SQL (Elastic, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(Mongo) databases.Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar.Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture is a plus.A strong collaborative approach, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
