You will help shape the future of our cloud platform, improve developer productivity, and support healthcare innovations that positively impact patients worldwide 3 reasons to join us Be part of a global company shaping the future of precision medicineCollaborate with cross-country, multicultural teams on impactful projectsEnjoy autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a measurable impact on healthcare innovation What You Will Do Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelinesAutomate deployments, operational processes, and developer workflowsImprove platform reliability, security, and observabilityLeverage AI tools to accelerate engineering delivery and reduce manual effortSupport and mentor teammates while growing into a DevOps leadership position Your team will include Product engineering teams across multiple countriesPlatform, security, data, and cloud specialistsCross-functional stakeholders supporting healthcare and life sciences solutions As the team grows, this role is expected to become a key technical and leadership position within the DevOps function Your roadmap in this role Within 6 months Stabilize active DevOps initiatives and accelerate delivery velocityIdentify opportunities for automation and operational improvements Within a year Deliver highly automated, reliable, and observable deployment processesSignificantly reduce operational toil through automation and AI-native practices What Makes You a Strong Fit 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fieldsStrong hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with AzureExpertise with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDKSolid Linux, Git, and production systems administration skillsExperience developing automation solutions in Python or similar languagesExperience running and securing production environmentsAI-native working style with regular use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similarExcellent written communication and documentation capabilities You’ll stand out if you have Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestrationExperience in regulated environments such as healthcare, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC 2AWS certifications Application Ready to make a difference in healthcare?
