This role is located in Brisbane. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Develop and automate processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.Monitor and improve software development, testing, and security controls.Analyze and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.Promote quality, safety, and compliance across the organization.Collaborate with teams to build secure software systems.Administration of Virtual Servers, Active Directory & System monitoringFault finding and resolving ad-hoc problems to prevent system downtimeImplement new technologies and frameworks in the DevSecOps environment. Technical Competencies: Proficient in Hyper-V and VMM virtualization technologies.Experience with Microsoft Deployment ToolkitKnowledgeable in DevSecOps practices.Familiar with engineering processes and standards.Skilled in writing Ansible Playbooks.Skilled in maintaining Jenkins and PipelinesCapable of designing automated software tests.Systems thinking to anticipate impacts of changes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in DevSecOps practices.Strong programming skills and problem-solving abilities. Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements. Successful candidates must be willing to undergo the standard government vetting process (full life background check).
