As a Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) based in Darmstadt, you will shape complex digital solutions and take on a high level of technical ownership. Your Responsibilities Deliver complex end-to-end functionality across frontend, backend, APIs, data models and service integrationsTake technical ownership of high-quality solutions and set standards for architecture, code quality and sustainable software designSupport the team through code reviews, mentoring and pragmatic problem-solving in complex or ambiguous technical situationsBuild and evolve reusable platform and integration capabilities, for example in authentication, API standards, CI/CD, observability and deploymentInvestigate production issues in a structured way and derive meaningful improvements in reliability, performance, security and developer experienceWork closely with architects, product owners and relevant stakeholders to evaluate technical options and enable incremental, dependable delivery Your Profile Several years of experience developing production-grade software solutions with Python and modern TypeScript/React applicationsStrong hands-on expertise across the full software delivery lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment, operations and continuous improvementSound understanding of software design and code quality, especially in object-oriented programming, testing, API design, database modelling, asynchronous workflows and integration patternsSolid working knowledge of Docker, GitLab CI/CD and observability in day-to-day engineering practiceAbility to act as a technical point of reference, sharing knowledge and supporting others through reviews, pairing and technical exchangeA strong sense of ownership, sound engineering judgement and a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset As An Employer, We Offer Work with passion: We foster a culture where you can act with heart and mind, take pride in your work and inspire others through positivity and commitment.
