About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the development of a specialized application focused on integrating artificial intelligence and autonomous agents. You will take ownership of the end-to-end development process, from architecting scalable backend services in Python to crafting high-performance frontends using Next.js. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation within a dedicated project team, creating intelligent solutions that enhance the digital ecosystem of a major integrated service provider while ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. What You'll Do Architect and develop a new web application using Next.js and Python to support advanced AI initiatives.Implement autonomous agents and AI-driven features to improve system automation and user interaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications for intelligent tools.Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and high performance.Optimize frontend components for maximum speed and scalability across diverse digital platforms.Integrate modern AI frameworks into existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and service quality. What You Bring 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.Proven expertise in Python for backend development.Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.Hands-on experience building applications with the Next.js framework.Demonstrated experience developing with AI technologies and autonomous agents. Nice to Haves Professional experience with Java and enterprise system integration.Experience working in distributed teams across the US, Canada, or LATAM.
