E-Commerce Coordinator | Markham, ON | 100% On-Site We’re hiring an E-Commerce Coordinator to join a fast-paced team within the consumer goods industry. 📍 Location: Markham, ON 🏢 Work arrangement: 100% on-site, 5 days per week 💼 Full-time opportunity This position is ideal for someone with hands-on e-commerce experience who enjoys working across site merchandising, product data, analytics, promotions, SEO, and customer experience optimization. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update e-commerce websites, product information, attributes, and cross-selling dataSupport site merchandising, including categories, seasonal priorities, new arrivals, and homepage placementsCreate and update landing pages using provided assetsAnalyze product, assortment, campaign, and website performanceMonitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve navigation, customer journeys, and conversionSupport SEO and product discoverability initiativesCreate and manage online promotions and couponsConduct end-to-end website testing across devices, including content, links, promotions, discounts, and email campaignsSupport content and promotional calendarsCollaborate with Marketing, Planning, Customer Care, and other internal teamsWhat We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a comparable role, ideally within consumer goodsExperience with e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and product/catalogue managementKnowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) and HTML is a strong assetStrong analytical skills and confidence working with large amounts of dataExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently when needed Interested?
