Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH’s operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems. Reporting to the CTO, we are seeking an experienced Adobe Commerce Cloud Developer to join our in-house development team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a fully onsite position supporting and enhancing two active Adobe Commerce production stores that serve separate businesses. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys balancing new feature development with production support in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, marketing, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining a high level of system performance and customer experience. Responsibilities Develop new features and enhancements for two Adobe Commerce production websites.Maintain, troubleshoot, and support both Adobe Commerce sites.Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly while minimizing business impact.Design and implement custom Adobe Commerce modules and integrations.Customize frontend functionality using modern Adobe Commerce best practices.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as ERP, payment gateways, shipping providers, tax engines, and marketing platforms.Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.Create technical documentation for custom development and system architecture.Work with internal business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Coordinate deployments with our project office and support release management processes.Stay current with Adobe Commerce updates, security patches, and industry best practices. Requirements 3+ years of professional Adobe Commerce development experience.Strong experience with:PHP 8+Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 architectureMySQLJavaScriptHTML5CSS3XMLExperience developing custom modules, plugins, observers, and API integrations.Experience working with Git source control.Experience with REST APIs.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
