Enterprise Technology therefore acts as the technological foundation within Digital & Technology, enabling Business Platforms to focus on creating value for their respective business domains. About the Role As a Platform Engineer specialising in JFrog Artifactory, you will work on the central artifact management platform used by development teams across Schiphol to manage, secure and distribute their software, containers and packages. You will be technically strong and capable of independently setting up and delivering complex platform initiatives related to artifact management. Responsibilities Creating Low-Level Designs (LLD) and implementing and managing JFrog Artifactory as a central enterprise platform for:--Artifact management --Container registries --Software supply chain security Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration automation to manage:--JFrog platform configurations, repositories and projects --Access management, roles and permissions --Repository policies, retention policies and governance structures --Integrations with CI/CD platforms, security tooling and identity providers Working with the Product Owner to define and deliver backlog items.Coordinating with the Principal Platform Engineer regarding technical decisions, standards and structural improvements.Monitoring platform availability, performance and reliability.Implementing structural improvements based on observability data.Resolving incidents and implementing long-term improvements focused on:--Availability --Performance --Security --Developer experience Qualifications The successful candidate should have proven experience with: Required Skills JFrog Artifactory: minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise environment.Artifact management platforms.Package management ecosystems, including:--Maven --npm --NuGet --PyPI --Docker --Helm Azure, including:--Identity --Networking --Integrations with DevOps and CI/CD services Designing and managing scalable artifact management services supporting multiple development teams.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration automation, such as:--Terraform --Ansible Monitoring, logging and observability solutions for business-critical platform services.JFrog Xray.Vulnerability scanning.Licence compliance.Repository governance.Software supply chain security.Secure software delivery principles within 24/7 mission-critical environments.
